Her Story

From the classroom to the pitch room

Chloe Lingard founded TSAP Ignite after years of working with young people across the UK and internationally in Madagascar, seeing first-hand how much students flourish when given the right environment to take risks, collaborate, and believe in themselves.

Armed with a BSc in Business & Management and an MSc in Entrepreneurship, Chloe designed the TSAP curriculum from the ground up — blending her academic knowledge with practical facilitation techniques to create workshops that feel more like experiences than lessons.

Her approach is grounded in the belief that entrepreneurial thinking isn't just for future business owners — it's a life skill. Resilience, creativity, communication, and self-awareness are skills every young person deserves the chance to develop.

With additional qualifications in Education & Training, Information Advice & Guidance (IAG), and TEFL, Chloe brings a rare combination of business insight and educational expertise to every session she delivers.

What Drives Her

The TSAP philosophy

Real experience, not theory

Every activity is drawn from real-world business practice — adapted so students can engage with it hands-on, not just listen to it.

Inclusive by design

Workshops are built to include everyone — from high achievers to students with EHCP needs or anxiety. No one is left behind.

Community impact

TSAP Ignite grew out of a passion for giving young people — regardless of background — access to the skills that open doors.

Global Experience

Workshops beyond the UK

Chloe has delivered youth education and enterprise programmes not just across the UK, but also in Madagascar — working with young people in underserved communities where access to quality education and career guidance is limited.

This international perspective shapes everything about how TSAP workshops are designed: accessible, adaptable, and genuinely impactful regardless of where or who you're teaching.
